AI Tornado Impact Grenade: Spoon Kit User's Manual

Primary Warnings
Make sure spoon head is firmly mounted before filling gas.
Do not disassemble grenade, it is not user serviceable without the Tornado maintenance kit. See www.airsoft-innovations.com for details.
Lubricate your grenade after every other use.
Give your grenade 5 minutes to warm up after filling gas to ensure proper timer performance.
Installation
Remove the rubber bumper from Impact Grenade Top Cap.
Install the spoon head assembly on your grenade’s top cap. Secure it in place by tightly screwing down the included grub screw into the threaded hole of the spoon head assembly with a 2mm hex key. Warning If the head is not properly tightened, it could pop off when the pin is pulled causing the grenade to deploy instantly.
Note: installation is completely reversible!
Swing on the Tornado Grenade Spoon.
Insert cotter pin through holes in spoon head and spoon.
Splay out the ends of th cotter pit.
Loading
Warning: Make sure grenade is disarmed and depressurized before starting reloading procedure
Unscrew topcap.
Insert new grenade pin, catching the end on the inside of the spoon.
Important: The default Impact Grenade Pin and pin included for use with the Spoon Kit are NOT INTERCHANGEABLE. Ensure you are using the correct pin. The correct Spoon Kit Pin is longer than the default pin.
Warning: Verify that inside of the grenade is clean, do not reload with dirty gloves or hands.
Thread trigger parts onto pin.
Align top cap so that the pin fits into the hole in the shuttle.
Deployment
Upon entering live fire area:
Screw on valve cover to arm grenade.
Press pin and pull out.
Toss grenade at a solid surface, eg: floors (concrete, wood, hard packed earth, short grass, etc.), walls and stairs.
Note: Avoid throwing grenade against sand, long grass and helmets.
